Aside from having the correct training and nutrition program, the level of communication between the coach/client is very important. It is what makes the difference between clients who successfully reach their goals and those who don't.
When working with you as a client I will cover your full training program in the gym along with nutrition. Every session will be tracked and we ensure communication is on a consistent basis with unlimited client interaction"

Personal Training Experience & Background
Grahams qualified background in personal training extends over the past 5 years having worked with over one hundred clients between online personal training and gym based personal training. After launching his first online coaching business in 2020 Graham realised there was immediate need for quality based coaching in the fitness industry.
Alongside Grahams online coaching he has also worked in numerous gym environments over the past 4 years dealing with a wide range of people with different levels of ability and experience, age and medical history. During this period Graham has organised and taught hundreds of fitness programs, classes and information events.
Grahams continuous study in his MSc along with his ongoing projects in the fitness industry have cemented his passion and drive to help people succeed towards their fitness goals.
