My Coaching Methods
I use the worlds best software training analysis tool to coach my athletes and combine this with key areas. Read more below to get a brief idea of how I will work with you.

Communication
I emphasise keeping in consistent communication with my athletes. It is the pillar for success especially in the sport of cycling where there are many factors involved in training and competition.
For effective and quick communication between coach and client, I use TrainingPeaks as a tool for post session comments and use WhatsApp for all other communication.

TrainingPeaks
As coaches, we would be lost nowadays without an app such as TrainingPeaks, which is world class in its field for data analysis. As a client, you will see each session uploaded and easily synced to your devices and/or smart trainer.
I will run through everything on TrainingPeaks before you commence with me!

Testing
Testing is a key part of coaching, ensuring there is continuous progress being made. Don't worry, I'll look after the sessions for you, all you have to do is turn the pedals!
Depending on my athletes, we will test every couple of weeks to benchmark against previous and current numbers, also not forgetting about our upcoming targets.

Progress
There is more to coaching than the first 3 areas above, however communication and TrainingPeaks are the main areas in the daily coaching process. What we want to see as coaches is, progress, both on the bike and off it, but also for your enjoyment.
I will go through a full initial call before commencing coaching and send you an in-depth questionnaire to complete on your cycling goals and experience. From here I will get you started on your journey to a new level of cycling performance!
